Photos & request privacy

What we collect

We keep your event brief and contact information so we can quote and deliver your event. After payment, your portal collects participant photos, names, roles, and descriptions.

Permission comes first

Only submit adult participants who have agreed to be turned into fighters and to appear in your event. Each participant’s upload needs a permission acknowledgement. Avoid confidential employee information or sensitive personal details.

How we use your photos

Original photos and review documents stay in protected request storage. Authorized production staff use them to create and review your fighters. When private AI generation is connected, photos and descriptions are sent to the configured production provider for that purpose. We do not use participant photos for marketing without separate permission.

Your event link

The finished event link gives its holders access to the generated fighters and arenas during the agreed access period. Share it only with your intended guests. Original participant photos and review PDFs are not available through the event link.

Access and removal

Your portal needs a private request link and an access code. The studio can replace your code or cancel access. Contact the person handling your booking if you want a photo replaced, your event access changed, or your request materials removed. Retention and any business-record requirements are agreed with you before booking.
